To pick new vocabulary words form article,make sentences with them and write a short summary.

After reading, please complete the following tasks:
1.Pick from five to six new vocabulary words, idioms and phrasal verbs; then put them in sentences of your own.

1.1 deliberately: consciously and intentionally ; on purpose.
 People's pet peeve is that someone has deliberately cut off themselves on the checkout line in the supermarket.

1.2  turn down: reject an offer or application made by someone.
I can't turn down this juicy job under pessimistic state of employment although I have to go through such a long distance.

1.3 industrious: diligent and hard-working.
The employers want the employees should be industrious in their companies.

1.4. inadequate:(of the person)unable to deal with a situation or with life; lacking the quality or quantity required; insufficient for a purpose.
This medical system is inadequate for most of people in need.

1.5 eccentric:(of a person or their behavior)unconventional and slight strange.
I think nobody is willing to get together with eccentric person in workplace.

1.6 on the whole its effect: overall effect
Most artists are focus on the whole its effect about the composition of their paintings when they have been making an artistic creation.

1.7 psychometric:relating to psychometry .
The parents not only should pay attention to the physical health of their kids but also psychometric health.

1.8 peculiar:different to what is normal or expected;strange.
There are more peculiar phenomena in today's society in this era of rapid development.

2.Write a quick summary of the article using all the new vocabulary that you have picked, and then write your own point of view on that topic, but do not exceed 100 words max.
                                      summary
In summary, I felt some testing system aren't inadequate and inaccuracy in nowadays when I looked through this article. It's necessary that the companies should be care the psychometric health of employee candidates for some special career field, but I think it should be in reasonable range. Otherwise, the testing system will lose its effect, If  candidates' experience are anything to go by, the job candidates should be suspicious of this kind of 10-minute 
psychometric tests that effective results in generalized, and possibly wildly inaccurate judgments.
So, its will be corrected adequately if the wise employers concerned about humanities will be taken criticism.
